POSTS (i) Hot-Dipped
Galvanized Steel Posts These components are fabricated
from 113mm (TUV EN 1176 Safety Standard), 88mm ('n' You System) or 88mm (Kindi
System) outer diameter and 2.3mm thick steel pipes, and shall have superior hot-dipped
galvanized protection to comply with ISO 1461 prior to "SuperDURA" polyester
powder coating. The footing for galvanized steel upright post is of a grade II
concrete, having a minimum dimension of 400mm diameter and 400mm in depth. These
posts can be surface mounted if so required. (ii)
Aluminum Posts These components are of 113mm, (TUV
EN 1176 Safety Standard), 88mm ('n' You System) or 88mm (Kindi System) outer diameters,
and are extruded from 6061-T6 or 6062-T6 aluminum alloys. The components are cleaned
in a six (6)-bath system, which shall include a rust inhibitive treatment and
yellow di-chromate coated before applying "SuperDURA" polyester powder
coating. The footing for the said post is of a grade II concrete, having a minimum
dimension of 400mm diameter and 400mm in depth. These posts can be surface mounted
if so required. (b)
POLYETHYLENE CAP All
exposed posts tops and pipes ends are fitted with injection molded high-density
polyethylene cap, stabilized against ultra violet (UV) degradation and molded
in various colors. (c)
POLYESTER POWDER COATING METAL DECK (i)
Square Metal Deck The deck covers a minimum 1.4m2
(TUV EN 1176 Safety Standard), 0.81m2 ('n' You System) of top surface area and
is of one-piece construction. It is fabricated from hot-dipped galvanized perforated
metal sheet which complies with TUV EN 1176 safety standard or expanded metal
sheet, welded with steel frame and cross brace reinforced frame complete with
LASTISOL COATING finish. The deck is having equally spaced holes on each side
of its frame to provide flush mounting of other play events that are attached
to the deck. With this design, it allows same level multiple decks assemblies,
thus providing a surface area without size limitations. (ii)
Triangle Deck This deck covers a minimum 0.8m2 (TUV
EN 1176 Safety Standard), 0.405m2 ('n' You System) of top surface area and is
of one-piece construction. It is fabricated from hot-dipped galvanized perforated
metal sheet which complies with TUV EN1176 safety standard or expanded metal sheet,
welded with steel frame and cross brace reinforced frame complete with PLASTISOL
COATING finish. The deck is having equally spaced holes on each side of its frame
to provide flush mounting of other play events that are attached to the deck.
With this design, it allows same level multiple decks assemblies, thus providing
a surface area without size limitations. (iii)
Hexagon Deck This deck covers a minimum 5.76m2 (TUV
EN 1176 Safety Standard), 2.43m2 ('n' You System) of top surface area. It is fabricated
from hot-dipped galvanized perforated metal sheet, which complies with TUV EN1176
safety standard or expanded metal sheet, welded with steel frame and across brace
reinforced frame complete with PLASTISOL COATING finish. The construction is either
consisted of two (2) pieces of half hexagonal metal decks, or six (6) triangle
decks assembled together having equally spaced holes on each side of their frames
to provide flush mounting of other play events that are attached to the decks. (iv)
Half Deck This deck covers a minimum 0.72m2 (TUV
EN 1176 Safety Standard), 0.54m2 ('n' You System) of top surface area of one-piece
construction. It is fabricated from hot-dipped galvanized perforated metal sheet
which complies with TUV EN1176 safety standard or expanded metal sheet, welded
with steel frame and cross brace reinforced frame complete with PLASTISOL COATING
finish. (v)
Bridge Deck This deck covers a minimum 2.88m2 (TUV
EN 1176 Safety Standard), 1.62m2 ('n' You System) of top surface area, and is
fabricated from hot-dipped galvanized perforated meta sheet which complies with
TUV EN1176 safety standard or expanded metal sheet, welded with steel frame and
cross brace reinforced frame complete with PLASTISOL COATING or "SuperDURA"
Polyester Power Coating finish. (d)
POLYETHYLENE SLIDE / TUNNEL (i)
Wave Slide The slide is rotationally molded from
polyethylene consisting of extra durable compoundedin resin with ultraviolet stabilizer.
Polyethylene slide rails are at minimum 200mm high from the slide surface and
slide bed way is of minimum 400mm width. The slide has double layer polyethylene
wall complete with an average thickness of 6mm. All wave slides shall have the
manufacturer's trademark molded-in to identify the source of the product. Slide
bed shall have no seams or joints. The slide holder and the slide enclosure are
fabricated from hot-dipped galvanized steel with "SuperDURA" polyester
powder coating. (ii)
Tunnel Slide Elbows and panels of tube slide are
rotationally molded from polyethylene consisting of extra durable compounded-in
resin with ultraviolet stabilizers. The slide polyethylene wall is of a minimum
640mm ('n' You System) or 760mm (TUV EN 1176 safety standard) inner diameter and
is of average 6mm thick. All Tunnel straight sections and panels shall have the
manufacturer's trademark molded-in to identify the source of the product. Tunnel
slides shall not have any internal hardware. Tunnel slides external hardware that
is provided shall have no protrusion after installation. Slide support is fabricated
from hot-dipped galvanized steel with "SuperDURA" polyester powder coating
finish. (e)
ROOFING (i) Semi-Dome
Roof / Econ Roof / Kindi Roof The roof is rotationally
molded from polyethylene consisting of extra durable compounded-in resin with
ultra violet stabilizers. It has a minimum of 5mm thick plastic double wall construction.
All plastic roofs shall have the manufacturer's trademark molded-in to identify
the source of the product.
(ii) Hexagon Rainbow Roof / Hexagon Roof The roof
covers a minimum 5.76m2 of top surface area and is fabricated from hot-dipped
galvanized perforated metal welded with steel frame and across brace reinforced
frame complete with PLASTISOL COATING finish. Rainbow roofs are multi colored
whereas hexagon roofs are of only single color. (f)
OVERHEAD CLIMBER (i)
Challenge Ladder / Curve Ladder / 'S' Ladder / 'U' Challenge Ladder The
ladder has 33mm outer diameter rungs welded to side rails. The side rails are
fabricated from 50mm outer diameter hot-dipped galvanized pipes. And all the steel
components are "SuperDURA" Polyester powder coated. The ladder develops
upper body strength and eye/hand coordination. (ii)
Loop Beam Overhead Ladder Both the loop beam and
the crossbeam are fabricated from 33mm outer diameter hot-dipped galvanized steel
pipes with PLASTISOL COATING finish to prevent slipping and rusting. All the steel
components are "SuperDURA" Polyester powder coated. The ladder provides
an alternating swing along the single center beam to increase the challenge. (iii)
Ring Trek / Double Ring Trek / Curve Ring Trek / "S' Ring Trek / Circle Ring
Trek The ring trek beam is fabricated from a 50mm
outer diameter hot-dipped galvanized steel pipe and has steel ring hangers welded
in place to ease installation and reduce maintenance. The ring is formed on a
full circle with a diameter 150mm that is hooked to the hanger and with PLASTISOL
COATING finish to prevent slipping and rusting. After fabrication, all the steel
components are "SuperDURA" Polyester powder coated. (iv)
Sky Rider The rider is designed to incorporate a
one-piece aluminum (6061-T6 alloy) extruded beam to ease installation and reduce
maintenance. The beam is designed to work between 4.5m post centers. Sturdy rubber
bumpers are provided at each end of the track. The roller assembly consists of
four load supporting wheels with sealed ball bearings and two lateral supporting
wheels to insurethat the roller assembly does not rub the sides of the beam. The
sky rider handle is fabricated from 15mm outer diameter hot-dipped galvanized
steel rod with "SuperDURA" polyester powder coating finish. The sky
rider thus provides an extra smooth ride along the durable track.
(v) Trick Ladder The trick ladder's undulating hand
grabs/rungs are fabricated from a 33mm outer diameter hotdipped galvanized steel
pipe and the support cross bar is made from 50mm outer diameter pipe with hot-dipped
galvanized finish. All the steel components are "SuperDURA" Polyester
powder coated. The trick ladder increases challenge level by adding additional
body movement, and requires alternating hand coordination. (g)
PANEL (i) Slot Panel
The slot panel is rotationally molded from polyethylene
consist extra durable compounded-in resin with ultraviolet stabilizer. The panel
has double layer of polyethylene wall complete with an average thickness of 6mm.
Each panel shall have the manufacturer's trademark molded-in to identify the source
of the product.
(ii) Safety Rail / Balcony Rail The safety rails
horizontal bar is fabricated from 33mm outer diameter galvanized steel pipe and
welded with 8 nos. of 27mm outer diameter vertical galvanized pipes. Gaps shall
not be greater than 89mm and less than 210mm between vertical rungs and posts.
After fabrication, all the steel components are"SuperDURA" Polyester
powder coated.
(iii) Flower / Fish Panel The panel is fabricated
from hot-dipped galvanized perforated metal sheet welded with reinforced steel
frame and has either a perfectly cut flower or fish patterns on it, and completed
with "SuperDURA" Polyester powder coating finish. (iv)
Bubble Panel The bubble window panel is fabricated
from 4mm thick optically clear polyethylene LEXAN, an extremely tough, highly
impact resistant polycarbonate material. The bubble window is fitted to a panel
that is rotationally molded from polyethylene consisting of extra durable compoundedin
resin with ultraviolet stabilizers and shall have the manufacturer's trademark
molded-in to identify the source of the product. The large LEXAN bubble offers
fun "fish eye" perspective, and allows easy viewing both in and out. (v)
Steering Wheel The steering wheel is easy turning
and provides "driving" fun. It is fabricated from high strength 27mm
outer diameter hot-dipped galvanized steel pipes. After fabrication, all the steel
components are "SuperDURA" Polyester powder coated. (vi)
Tic-Tac-Toe / Numbering Panel / Animal Panel These
panels provide safety enclosure fences or barriers and are non-climbable. They
are classic favorite, and develop strategic thinking. The cylinders forming the
panel barriers are rotationally molded from polyethylene consisting of extra durable
compounded-in resin with ultraviolet stabilizers of 4mm thickness and with graphics,
wording or numbers which shall not be raised above the surface. The vertical support
bar for each cylinder is made from 25mm outer diameter galvanized steel rail.
After fabrication, all the steel components are "SuperDURA" Polyester
powder coated. |

ACCESS CLIMBER (i)
Arch Climber The arch climber is designed as a one-piece
unit with curved rungs welded to side rails, which act as convenient handrails.
The side rails are spaced 600mm apart and are fabricated from 50mm outer diameter
hot-dipped galvanized steel pipes. After fabrication, all the steel components
are "SuperDURA" Polyester powder coated. (ii)
Tree Climber It is a versatile climber with loop-rungs
evenly spaced from ground to deck, and is fabricated from 33mm outer diameter
hot-dipped galvanized steel pipes, having a central post fabricated from 50mm
outer diameter of the same material. After fabrication, all the steel components
are "SuperDURA" Polyester powder coated. The gaps are greater than 300mm
and less than 270mm. (iii)
Fireman Post The classic fireman's post provides
quick descent from 1.0m to 1.6m height decks, and is fabricated from 50mm outer
diameter hot-dipped galvanized steel pipe. After fabrication, all the steel components
are "SuperDURA" Polyester powder coated. (iv)
Curly Climber A challenging corkscrew-type ladder,
climb up or twirl down! The climber has no gaps greater than 300mm and less than
270mm between coils, and is designed to prevent children from climbing or entering
into the interior of the coils. Curly Climber coils are fabricated from 33mm outer
diameter hot-dipped galvanized steel pipe and its center support is fabricated
from 50mm outer diameter of the same material. After fabrication, all the steel
components are "SuperDURA" Polyester powder coated. (v)
Mountain Climber The mountain climber is a unique
challenging access from ground to various height decks steps, and it is fabricated
from 33mm outer diameter hot-dipped galvanized round pipe and the support post
is fabricated from 50mm outer diameter of the same material. The gaps between
steps are between 250mm to 300mm. All fabricated metal parts are with "SuperDURA"
Polyester powder coating finish. The Climber builds balance, grip strength and
hand/foot coordination. (vi)
Cargo Chain Net / Chain Net Climber / Wavy Chain Net The
net is fabricated from 7.5mm hot-dipped galvanized chains welded with alternate
rigid 27mm diameter step rungs to form a one-piece construction. The net is connected
with u-bolts to a deck and with PLASTISOL COATING finish. The two handholds are
at the top to help steady climb, and fabricated from 33mm outer diameter steel
pipes with "SuperDURA" Polyester powder coating finish. However, the
cargo chain net flares out at the bottom end. The chain net is of parallel chain
netting from the deck to the ground, and the wavy chain net as its name implied,
wavy! It provides a unique and more challenging movement than a static or fixed-movement
climber. All steel parts are Hot Dipped Galvanized to comply with the 1461 : 1999
requirement. (vii)
Staircase / Transfer Platform Transfer decks are
fabricated from hot-dipped galvanized perforated metal are expanded metal welded
with steel frame and cross brace reinforced frame complete with PLASTISOL COATING
finish. Handrails and loops are fabricated from 33mm outer diameter hot-dipped
galvanized steel pipe and are "SuperDURA" Polyester powder coated. Footplates
are fabricated from 3mm hot-dipped galvanized steel sheet. Mounting holes are
pre-punched. (viii)
Rope Climber "Hercules"
Climbing Cables of 16mm outer diameter, is highly UV resistant with polyester
sheathing, incorporated with central steel wire of 6 x 6 fiber core strand, and
are configured into 300mm x 300mm lattice pattern with "Huck" connecting
system for safety and durability. The rope web is connected to a deck with two
handholds at the top to help steady climber ascend to the deck. The rope climber
provides more movement and challenge than with a tradition ladder design. (ix)
Vertical Rope Climber "Hercules" Climbing
Cables of 16mm outer diameter, is highly UV resistant with polyester sheathing,
incorporated with central steel wire of 6 x 6 fiber core strand, and are configured
into 300mm x 300mm lattice pattern with "Huck" connecting system for
safety and durability. This cylindrically shaped lattice rope climber is hanged
from a 33mm outer diameter curved loop steel pipe welded to a supporting post
of 50mm outer diameter, allows children to climber up and across the netting.
It is also for giving access to the top level of combination play sets. All the
metal parts are Hot Dipped Galvanized to comply with the ISO 1461 : 1999 requirement. (x)
Rock Climber A steel ramp fabricated from perforated
metal sheet and incorporated with footholds, which is primed with clear acrylic
thermosetting solution before plastisol or poly-vinyl chloride (PVC) coated, is
inclined and attached to a deck. A good quality nylon/polyester rope of 16mm outer
diameter is fastened from a rung above the deck for the kid to pull forwards,
thus it provides a sense of realism while climbing! A pair of handholds is also
provided for easy and safe ascent onto the deck. All the metal parts are Hot Dipped
Galvanized to comply with the ISO 1461 : 1999 requirement.C (xi)
Timber / Plastisol Log Climber Steps of "Changel"
hard wood of size 50mm x 75mm or 60 mm outer diameter steel pipe are securely
fastened with stainless steel bolts to the supporting arch rails of 50mm O/D x
50mm angle iron. The arch unit is attached to a deck where a good quality nylon
rope of 16mm outer diameter is fastened from a rung above the deck for the kid
to pull forwards, thus it provides a sense of realism while climbing! A pair of
handholds is also provided for easy and safe ascent onto the deck. All the metal
parts are Hot Dipped Galvanized to comply with the ISO 1461 : 1999 requirement,
phosphatizing cleaning washed and di-chromate before having the "superDURA"
polyester power coated. Whereas the 60mm diameter steel pipe comes complete with
PLASTISOL coating. (xii)
Single / Two Rung Ladder An arch steel frame of
33mm outer diameter with single or two rungs weld across the bottom end. The ladder
is attached to 0.7m or 1.0m deck respectively for safe and easy ascent to the
decks. It is an alternative to having a staircase. All the steel parts are HOT
DIPPED GALVANIZED to comply with the ISO 1461 : 1999 requirement, phosphatizing
cleaning washed and di-chromate coated before having "superDURA" polyester
powder coated. (xiii)
Vertical Tube Tunnel Several straight tube tunnels
of 640mm or 760mm internal diameter (TUV EN 1176 safety standard) x 800mm in length,
and with an average of 6mm thick wall are connected vertically to the required
deck height. A top "T" junction tube is connected to the deck via a
panel fastened to both the 113mm outer diameter steel posts. The tubes are rotationally
molded from polyethylene consisting of extra durable compounded-in resin with
ultraviolet stabilizer. A steel bar dome or 4mm thick NEXAN optically clear polyethylene
dome is installed on top end of the vertical tube. A polycarbonate window may
be incorporated into the one of the tube sections. A monkey ladder, of 2 x 50mm
outer diameter posts with 33mm outer diameter rungs, is placed inside the tunnel
and rigidly fastened to its internal wall. All the metal parts are Hot Dipped
Galvanized to comply with the ISO 1461 : 1999 requirement, phosphatizing cleaning
washed and di-chromate before having the "superDURA" polyester power
coated. (xiv)
Block Stepper This unique cube is fabricated from
perforated steel or expanded metal sheets. All metal parts are HOT DIPPED GALVANIZED
to comply with the ISO 1461 : 1999 requirement, phosphatizing pressure washed
and primed with a clear acrylic thermosetting solution before Plastisol baked
for safety and durability. The cubes are bolted together, to form a wide variety
of shapes, and configuration for climbing, sitting and game playing. (xv)
Rainbow Arch Climber (Snake 'N' Ladder) Rainbow
Arch Climber is fabricated from two parallel 50mm O/D steel pipes, having a semicircle
arch of 2400mm / 3000mm / 3600mm diameter x 1200mm / 1500mm / 1800mm height respectively.
A series of 33mm O/D x 500mm length rungs steel pipes are welded across the pipes.
These pipes are HOT DIPPED GALVANIZED to comply with the ISO 1461 : 1999 requirement,
phosphatizing cleaning washed and di-chromate coated before having "superDURA"
polyester powder coated for safety and durability. (i)
BRIDGES (i) Arch
Bridge The 1200mm x 2400mm arch bridge is of solid
welded construction and made of hot-dipped galvanized perforated metal sheet.
The Frame is fabricated from 50mm hot-dipped galvanized round steel flat bars.
The handrails consist of top and bottom rails that are constructed of 33mm round
pipes joined by sleeve of 33mm tube, with infill of 33mm tubes. The 'arch' of
the bridge deck is of 100mm height from the side level. All fabricated metals
are with "SuperDURA" polyester powder coating except the bridge deck
is plastisol coated finish. (ii)
Suspension Bridge The 1200mm x 2400mm bridge is
of solid welded construction and made of hot-dipped galvanized perforated metal
sheet which is complies with TUV EN 1176 safety standard. The Frame is fabricated
from 50mm hot-dipped galvanized flat bars and comes together with long safety
rails or barriers. All fabricated metals are with
"SuperDURA" polyester
powder coating except the bridge deck is plastisol coated finishes.
(iii)
Curve Bridge The 1200mm x 2400mm bridge is of solid
welded construction and made of hot-dipped galvanized perforated metal sheet.
The frame is fabricated from 50mm hot-dipped galvanized flat bars, and comes together
with curved safety rails. The bridge is curved 90 degree to provide the easiest
way to connect two level platforms of same level angled at 90 degrees to each
other. All fabricated metals are with
"SuperDURA" polyester
powder coating except the bridge deck is plastisol coated finishes. (iv)
Clatter Bridge The bridge planks are pre-assembled
at factory for ease of installation. Each piece of the clatter bridge planks is
of dimension 270mm x 1200mm and is of one-piece construction, fabricated from
hot-dipped galvanized perforated metal sheet which complies with TUV EN 1176 safety
standard or expanded metal with Plastisol coating finish. When assembled, no open
gaps wil occur between planks. Plank to plank joints are pinch proof to the user.
Cables or chains are used in the assembly of the planks. Clatter bridges shall
have a triple rail side enclosures fabricated from 50mm outer diameter hot-dipped
galvanized steel pipe, curved to match the curve of the bridge. (v)
Balancing Log Bridge A beam of "Changel"
hard wood of 70mm x 150mm is suspended by a series of steel chain connected to
two 50mm outer diameter steel pipe side rails. Additional side rails just above
them are provided for as handholds for safety while crossing the balancing beam.
All the side rails are connected to even decks of the same height. All steel parts
are HOT DIPPED GALVANIZED GALVANIZED to comply with the ISO 1461 : 1999 requirement,
phosphatizing cleaning washed and di-chromate coating before having
"SuperDURA" polyester
powder coated. (vi)
Stepper Bridge Five perforated metal steps that
comply with TUV EN 1176 safety standard or expanded metal steps are securely fastened
to steel pipes of 30mm outer diameter rectangular loops, and suspended from two
side rails of 50mm outer diameter. The steps vary in height and provide a wavy
walking pattern. All steel parts are HOT DIPPED GALVANIZED to comply with the
ISO 1461 : 1999 requirement, phosphatizing cleaning washed and di-chromate coating
before having "superDURA" polyester powder coated. |
