All materials used are safe with exposure tolerant and are non-toxic. Our superior manufacturing capability produces product of the safest quality.

Currently, we are the ONLY playground company in Malaysia capable of producing multiple layered protection for all its metal components. This includes the Hot-Dipped Galvanizing process, phosphatizing cleaning dipped with a six (6) bath system including a rust-inhibitive treatment with yellow Di-chromate coated before applying the superior "SuperDURA" polyster powder coating or plastisol coating.

All connecting hardware like bolts, nuts, set screws, washers, axe etc made of 100% stainless steel.

Our ROTO-MOULDED double-walled Plastic Parts are made of extra compound color resin with ultra violet stabilizer polyethylene for maximum durability and exclusive finishing. Excellent materials are used to prevent warping and color fading from our extreme tropical weather.

All exposed posts, tops and pipe tails are fitted with injection molded high-density polyethylene cap, stabilized against ultra violet (UV) degradation and molded in various colors, rounded in shape with smooth surface, and reverted in place for durability for total vandal resistant.

Our standard swing seats are made of high-grade durable rubber compound for weather-resistant and incorporated with proven absorbing effect.

Our swing chains are hot-dipped galvanized and comes with PLASTISOL oven cured finish to provide double protection from rusting.

Our high quality anti-clamp spring coils are wound from tempered alloy rod with polyester powder coating to prevent rusting.

All designs for our spring riders are in accordance with strict international safety regulations, rounded frontal parts are standard to prevent injuries to children during play.
